Borealis Denizcilik A.S. was established in May 2016 and is a Ship Management Company with specialization in Oil and Chemical Tankers. Borealis provides tanker owners with a comprehensive ship management package covering technical management and consultancy for docking and shipmanagement where all services are offered within a cost competitive and quality environment.
The management team consists of ex-Mariners and Engineers with vast experience at sea as well as in ship management offices and in shipbuilding.

.Founder and CEO of Borealis Maritime. Previously with Allocean Limited as Managing Director, Toepfer & Co, Tufton Oceanic, Jacq. Pierot and ADM Investor Services. Graduated from Cass Business School with a MSc in Shipping, Trade & Finance and Syracuse University, New York with a BA in Financial Management.
Joined Borealis Maritime in 2017 as Partner and Chief Investment Officer. Previously with Pillarstone Europe, Quantum Pacific, Goldman Sachs, and Lehman Brothers. Graduated from INSEAD with a Masters in Business Administration and from Imperial College, London with Masters in Mechanical Engineering and Finance.
Prior to co-founding Borealis Denizcilik A.S., Levent was the managing director of Armona Denizcilik for the last 10 years, specializing on Technical Management of chemical tankers as well as shipbuilding. His background covers sea experiece onboard vessels for 8 years and he is an Oceangoing Master. He has an accumulated experience of 32 years in Maritime Industry. He also worked as Commercial Manager, Fleet Manager and Board Member in various companies. He also holds a Business Administration degree.
